We believe in being a financial and capital market partner to our portfolio companies and therefore generally seek to structure our investments as equity rather than debt.

Vision seeks investment opportunities in companies with the following characteristics:- $25 - $200 million enterprise value
- Public companies or private companies seeking to go public through a reverse merger or other alternative public offering in the near term
- Diversified industry and geographical focus including medical devices and bio-pharma, industrials, consumer products, software, technology, telecom, consumer products, energy, and security/defense
- $3 – 20 million of capital needed to fund growth and/or acquisitions
- Existing seasoned management team with a vision for growth
