- Equity Investors: We generally provide equity investments rather than burdensome convertible debt investments which tends to align our clients’ interests with management and existing shareholders
- “Private Equity” Mentality: We base our investment decisions on our due diligence process and fundamental analysis, not on trading markets. While our approach can be similar to that of a private equity firm, our process is generally more time-efficient and we do not seek typical private equity control provisions
- Flexible Investment Size: We generally make initial investments of $3 - $20 million and seek to accommodate future rounds of financing
- Capital Markets Expertise: We can assist portfolio companies in navigating the small-cap financial markets
- Quick and Efficient Process: We typically can fund a company within 4 weeks of signing a term sheet. Since we are a principal investor and typically are the lead investor, there is generally no need for a PPM or road-show
- Long-Term Investor: We are looking for long-term high-return investment opportunities. Our typical investment holding period is 18-36 months.
